I am the Associate Director of Human Resources Compensation, Benefits & Operations for Wellesley College. I manage and administer the health, welfare and pension plans for over 1200 faculty, administration and union employees, as well as retirees. I direct the salary program for our administrative staff, recently launching a review of our ranges and polices.
